I have no idea. I just know that if you were to draw a tube of paint with neon tubing inside it, it would glow. I guess I just thought of that as a reference.
When it comes to neon, it’s a color that will glow and, if you want, is a solid color with nothing to touch. If you want to touch it, you can. But if you want to create, well, nothing. And that’s why it’s so great. Because you can only touch it, and you can only create something if you touch something. And if you touch nothing, you’re just creating nothing.
